Teachers who share your principles.
A founding cohort of educators bringing their knowledge and experience to homeschool families, starting this year.
What Blueprint is building
Blueprint is building a teacher network designed around one idea: a teacher's knowledge and experience should be easy to bring into a homeschool family's plan, and easy for the teacher to offer without building their own enrollment infrastructure.
There are two ways a teacher's contribution can reach a family. Passively, through curriculum the teacher has authored: resources that live in a family's Ideas library alongside everything else, adapted to their teaching philosophy and pace, no coordination required. Actively, through a direct relationship: tutoring, a class the teacher is leading, a recurring engagement around a specific subject.
Either way, the connection folds into how a family already teaches. It supplements their plan rather than reorganizing it around a new system.
For parents
When the teacher network launches, you will be able to bring a verified teacher into your family's plan in whichever way fits your approach. Draw on a teacher's published curriculum as supplemental resources. Or connect directly for tutoring, enroll in a class, or build a recurring relationship for a subject you want outside support on.
The first cohort will be small, around 5 to 10 teachers to start, with 1 to 2 classes each. If a subject you need is not covered, tell us and we will prioritize finding it.
For teachers
Blueprint is being built so that what you know has a natural home in homeschool families' plans. You will decide how you want to participate: publishing curriculum for families to use on their own schedule, leading live classes, or taking on tutoring relationships directly. The platform handles discovery and logistics so you can focus on teaching.
Teacher recruitment is manual at launch, the same way family recruitment is manual. Every first class goes through a review before it becomes visible to families. The review criteria are published on the transparency page.
Once a first class is approved, subsequent classes benefit from a lighter review path. The goal is not to gatekeep; the goal is to make sure the first time a family encounters a teacher on Blueprint, the teacher fits the principles families come here to find.
How teachers will be compensated
The compensation model is being designed with the founding teacher cohort and will be published before the network launches. Our commitment: what you earn will reflect the value you create for families, not session length or engagement metrics.
How to apply
If you are a teacher who wants to participate when Blueprint's network launches, reach out via the contact page with a short note about what you teach and who you teach it to. Ryan will reply within a few days. There is no automated signup; every first class is reviewed by a person.
